Main Purpose

This Production Line is suitable for glass bottle infusion production of 50ml,100ml250ml|500ml . This complete line is made up of  bottle handling machine, cap opening machine ,external washing machine, ultrasonic waving washing machine,filling machine, pressing turning machine, cap fastening machine. it can complete the working process of cap handling , bottle delivery ,plastic external cap opening,the external and internal surface rough and delicate rinsing , plug pressing, plug turning ,cap handling,cap pressing, cap fastening automatically.

Adopting frequency conversion stepless governor.

  Adopting ultrasonic rinsing bottle and rinsing thoroughly,  the unique water seal structure separate  rough rinsing zone from and delicate washing zone  completely. At the same time ,the bottle sleeve can be rinsed synchrously.. It fully conforms to the requirements of GMP.

 Adopts pedrail to carry bottles. It requires long time to rinse and empty bottles after being flushed .There is no residual water left inside the bottle.

        Omitting lye and hairbrush  is beneficial to environmental protection  and reduces consumption. It makes use of grade difference and reclaims water, which deduces the water consumption.

 Adopts the artesian equidistant constant principia (Q=v.t) to fill, accurate measure., Without mechanical friction and particle.

  Increasing forward  press-stopper and press-cap mechanism and planishing rubber plug and aluminum cap, which makes  the efficiency of turning plug and cap fastening be better

.  Main parts and machine casinge  are all made of stainless steel and anti-corrosion material. The outline is beautiful and  decent.
