 Main Application

It is used for rinsing surface, lumen of A & B type infusion glass bottle with 50ml, 100ml,250ml,500ml before the infusion glass bottle is filled.

Working Principle

Infusion glass bottle enters the washing machine via delivery bottle machine .Firstly,preflush with high-pressure water, then enters into the pool with ultrasonic rinsing .Secondly, flush with common water ,deonized water ,as well as distilled water twice  respectively. Lastly, please empty water and finish rinsing process.

Performance and Feature

Both rough washing and delicate washing should be implemented completely, which should be completed in two different machine.

Ultrasonic washing can avoid the deadspot caused by the hairbrush and broken bottle.

Realizing the integration of mechanism , electricity , gas ; high automation ;  water temperature and flushing time can be set according to actual  demand.
