Main Application

This machine is used for falling cap, fastening cap of infusion bottle after pressing and turning cap.

Performance and Characteristic

Adopting solenoid vibrating funnel with large capacity handle cap,sao as reduce the burden of feeding labor.

Pressing cap is very regular after cap falling ,bottleneck position is in the center,three guillotine knives roll and press cap. Good sealing.

]Inputting bottle consecutively; running smoothly , high production efficiency.

 Double frequency converter control ,stepless speed regulation .The rotation of guillotine knife realizes soft starting .

Small mechanical impact force; low disrepair rate; long using period of machine .
