Model KGF filling and stoppering mahcine

This machine adopts full servo driver, in-phase tooth belt conveying , reciprocating filling and revolving stoppering structure, can complete automatically the whole production process from bottle-arranging, filling, stoppering-loading and  full stopperig (semi-stoppering) to bottle-outting. The machine is the newest product made based on Germany BOSCH the newest product, according to production actuality in domestic market, with following feature and advantages:

1. bottle-arranging plate adopts the third newest international technology with unique surface shape and dealing craftwork, without bottle-down & bottle-lack.

2. all adopt servo and in-phase belt driver with high steady ability, low noise(≤60dB), few lubricate point of each part with little maintenance working, without pollution. This machines procedure of regulation and specification changing is more convenient, with more steady station and larger output and lower cost, (8 filling heads with output≤400pcs/min ).

3. conveying in-phase belt adopt plane convey, provide better protection for product in filling station, washing station of conveying belt and driver board is more convenient.

4, with two choose of filling station: (1) adopt full servo filling system with metal pump or chinaware pump, filling precision≤±0.5%; (2) squirm pump system with filling precision≤±1%.

5. liquid following filling without dunk and leak, more convenient for freeze-drying craftwork.
