QLFZ2/20  This interlocking line is made up of Model QCK80 vertical ultrasonic washing machine, Model LGZ900/48 drying & sterilizing machine, Model KGF8/18 filling & stoppering machine, Model KGZ15 capping machine, which can be used singly and combined with other machine,. This interlocking line can complete the following procedures: transportting bottle with net belt, pouring water,ultrasonic washing,flushing,gas filling,prheating,dehumidifying,drying& sterilizing,cooling,chargingnitrogen before filling,filling,charging nitrogen after filling, handing stopper, fetching stoppering, stoppering, hanging cap, capping and it is suitable for both vial liquid and powder production of pharmaceutical industry
