                    Model QCK80 vertical ultrasonic washing machine

Main usage:

The machine is used for washing bottle and container in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industry and can complete the following procedures automatically: transporting bottle, ultrasonic washing, flushing with air, water alternatively, outputting bottle.

Performance and characteristics:

Vertical turntable structure, clamping bottle with manipulator, turning, and washing nozzle tracking movement, high washing efficiency.

Ultrasonic washing can remove the adherent matter inside the bottle and outer surface of bottle.

Automatic control water level and water temperature, constant temperature to make sure good efficiency of ultrasonic washing.

All the washing process are completed in the sealed condition, which can avoid crossover contamination and complies with GMP standard.

Solenoid-controlled valve control the on-off time of flushing water, air charging, it can save water, air consumption.

Imported PLC, automatic production can be realized.

Touch screen operated panel., convenient and beautiful.
