                      Model QCK vertical ultrasonic washing machine

Main application

This machine is used for washing vial, ampoule, oral liquid bottle as well as glass container for pharmaceutical use.

Performance and characteristics

This machine is vertical drum structure and adopts manipulator to clamp bottle, turn, and jetting needle for reciprocating tracking method and adopts ultrasonic washing, water for three times, air for three times alternative jetting flushing principle to wash bottle one by one. This machine has not only the common advantages as the machine both at home and abroad, we have made breakthrough in terms of production capacity, mechanical characteristics, humanization:

1.   lower the height of bottle-infeed net belt

2.   Turntable plexiglass cover is changed from manual dismanting, three separated type into integrated endurance panel cover electric-control mechanical automatic up-down.

3.   The jetting needle positioning is dynamic washing and avoid the dead angle caused by washing.
