Model ASMZ620/42 far infrared drying and sterilizing machine

Main usage

This machine is used for drying and sterilizing of oral liquid bottle in pharmaceutical company.

Working principle:

This machine is unitary tunnel structure, the container preheats, dries and sterilizes, cools via conveyer belt and it adopts quartz tube far infrared radiation to dry, sterilize the container.

Performance and characteristics:

It adopts imported PLC, sterilizing temperature automatic regulation system, wind pressure automatic regulation system as well as protective alarm system.

It can detect each fault, display the fault and relative measures automatically.

According to bottle accumulating in the inputting place, it can control the conveyer belt on-off automatically.

Man-machine interface, easy to operate and display the temperature curve.

Record previous parameter automatically.
