Model QSGF5-20 Oral Liquid washing, drying, filling and capping interlocking line

Main usage

This line is made up of Model QCK80 vertical ultrasonic washing machine, Model ASMZ620/42 far infrared drying and sterilizing machine, Model DGF16/24 filling and capping machine, which is divided into washing area, drying and sterilizing area, and filling and sealing area. The complete line can manufacture singly and combine with other machine and can complete the following procedures: watering, ultrasonic washing, clamping bottle with manipulator, turning, flushing water, air charging, preheating drying and sterilizing, cooling, filling, cap-arranging, cap-feeding, capping.

Performance and characteristics:

It adopts ultrasonic washing and flushing with water, air alternatively, sterilizing with far infrared high temperature, filling with multi-heads and sealing technology. The complete line can control automatically and is easy to operate, realizes integration of machinery with electricity.
