Model QSGB High-speed Ampoule-filling interlocking machine series

Main usage

This interlocking line is made up of Model QCK vertical ultrasonic washing machine , Model LGZ hot air circulation  drying &sterilizing machine ,Model DGFB ampoule filling &sealing machine ,whose function and each technical index conforms to Chinese Pharmaceutical  and GMP standard for ampoule production .It can be combined with other machine and used singly .This line can finish the following procedures: transporting bottle with net belt , pouring water, ultrasonic washing ,flushing ,charging air, preheating ,dehumidifying ,drying and sterilizing , cooling , nitrogen charging before filling , filling , nitrogen charging after filling, sealing. In addition, it enjoys highest speed and complete function ampoule production  line in China at present .After change , model QSGB ampoule linkage production Line series can also be suitable for vial production .
