Main Application

Suitable for two-step automatic bottle blowing of plastic bottle I.V bottle.

Performance and Feature

1.The device from bottle transferring to blowing form by heatening up and extending is a simple linearity.

2. The machine adopts ball pole servomotor system to control closed mould and is fitted with double gemel structure.

3. High precision positioning embodies advantages of high output, high efficiency, low cost.

4. Applying intelligent pressure and highly precise temperature to adjust the system automatically can truly control the temperature while bottle is heatened up and thereby decrease largely the cost of manpower, material and energy.

5. One CP8B can be 4300--4500 bottles/hour based on 250ml infusion bottle.

6. Adopting the driver between electric and  compressing air to keep the cleanness in the production.

7. The machine's structure is solid and pretects the parts through electric and mechanical safety system that the using time is long only few consumption parts.

8. Applying stainless steel and organic glass safety flow and have some features such as beautiful outlook, decent show, low noise and small quiver.

9. As per  customer's requirement, it implements long-distance monitor, diagnoses malfunction and amendment procedure via INTERNET.
