    Model CP4 bottle blowing machine is fully automatic two-step bottle-making equipment which is suitable for all kinds of plastic bottle with all shapes which is made of different materials such as PET/PC/PP, and injecting into shape mineral water, pesticide bottle, wide-mouth both bottle and medical bottle, wholse raw muteriul is pp-pc. pec.

Performance and Features

Realizing integration of machinery, electricity, hydraulics, the production technological process should be implemented automatically.

It has unique heat technology, bottle preform is heated evenly, heat consumption is small, low energy consumption.

The finished product with high transparency, small internal force, especially the sterilized bottle has slight distortion which is conducive to follow-up prosedure.

Main actuator adopts international famous brand, the whole reliability is high.
