It adopts servo mechanism to transport bottle embryo and bottle, accurate action, reliable.

It adopts ion wind to wash the inner wall of bottle, blowing and sucking implements simultaneously, which ensures washing efficiency.

Drug level of storage tank is controlled with liquid level meter and PLC setts filling time for controlling diaphragm valve on-off, which ensures that filling accuracy conforms to Pharmacopoeia requirement.

Two heating scrapes center the compound cap and heating bottle mouth separately, positioning fork aims bottle mouth, feeding pressure with cylinder while welding ensures sealing efficiency.

PLC man-machine interface, touch-screen liquid crystal control panel, control cabinet can be revolved and moved, which is suitable for multi-aspect operation.

It can indicate main process dynamically and choose running program with menu, set running parameter, indicate setting parameter on touch screen, real working parameter, statistical data.

The computer can indicate running condition, easy to find problems, diagnose fault.
