Main Application

This machine is applicable for the production of plastic bottle I.V and soft plastic bottle I.V that automatically can finish a series of producing procedures of plastic bottle, such as air washing, water washing, liquid filling and jointing sealing with composite cover.

Characteristics

    Combing washing, filling and sealing into one unit, compact structure reduces the pollution in the intermediate step.

    Applying manipulator to clasp the mouth of the bottle and transmit to each station the whole processing that no converse bottle and no attrite bottle.

    After air washing, spraying tube is inserted into the preparing plastic bottle and spray and blow high pressure ion wind three times.Simultaneously taking out vacuum air three times in the mouth of the bottle to form a circular and convective channels through high pressure hydronium in the cleaned bottle. While eliminate the static in the plastic bottle, it can blow and suck out most of sundries of the plastic bottle.

    Applying high pressure water to flush and pure water and injecting water each time respectively. Finally clean air one time and then drying the inner of the bottle.

    Continuously rotary filling adopts automatic flowing and equidistant and constant speed theory to go along the filler filling that do not bring liquid powder for mechanical friction in the drug solution.

    Both bottle mouth and compound plastic cap adopts non-touch heat welding, firm welding, no pollution in the bottle.

    It has the functions of no bottle, no cap feeding, no cap welding, air-exhausting automatically.

    PLC control, touch-screen operation, accurate control, low malfunction and high automatization.
