Plastic Bottle Washing Machine

Function Application

This machine is mainly used for cleaning for I.V plastic bottle, syrup plastic bottle in pharmaceutical sector as well as other plastic packaging container.

Performance and Feature

    This machine consists of air cleaning and water cleaning turntable. When the plastic bottle enters the cleaning station, the bottleneck overturns downard. The nozzle for charging air and water inserts into the bottle for air flushing and water flushing; each turnplate is divided into three stations. Air cleaning turntable blows pure water to the bottle once and injection water once and injection water once respectively, finally blowing the clean air.

    The turntable adopts interval revolving movement, every group can enter six bottles. Washing time at a time can be fixed by programming or by different specification, so as to reduce the waste of air, water. Two-time flushing water is separated and can be recycled singly. Injecting water can be used as purified waer after being flushing and filtered, so as to save water greatly. This machine has simple structure and is easy to change specification, conveniently-operated.
