Cap Opening Machine

Main Application

    It is specially used for Model A&B glass IV bottle with 50, 100, 250, 500ml whose external plastic cap should be opened before entering into washing bottle, so that washing machine can rinse the inner part of machine.

Working Principle

    The bottle enters into the washing bottle belt via bottle delivery machine. Under the influence of flexible cam and force of friction between cam and bottle cap. The machine opens the cap and cap can be recycled by the recycled funnel. The bottle being opened the cap sends into the washing bottle machine via transporting bottle machine, and then enters next working procedure.
