Main Application
It is specially used for model A&B glass IV bottle with 50, 100, 250, 500ml. It rinses the surface and inner cavity before being filled.
Performance and Characteristics
The unique water sealed structure can separate rough and delicate washing area completely.
Ultrasonic rinsing can avoid the dead spot caused by the hairbrush, and the hairbrush pierces the bottleneck.
Realizing the integration of machinery, electricity, gas, with high automation. Both water pressure and the time of flushing can be set in accordance with the actual demand. Flushing bottle water can be recycled and filtered which can be used degradedly. So it reduces the water consumption.
Adopting crawler to carry bottle, it is a long time to empty water after charging distilled water without fesidual water left in bottles.
It is fit for various specification of 100--500ml without needing change any parts.
