Platen type Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine

Main Application

    It is used for rinsing surface, inner cavity of A&B type IV glass bottle with 50, 100, 250, 500ml before the IV glass bottle is filled.

Working Principle

    IV glass bottle enters the washing machine via delivery bottle machine. Firstly, preflush high-pressure water, then enters into the pool with ultrasonic rinsing. Secondly, flush with common water, deonized water, as well as distilled water twice respectively. Lastly, please empty water and finish rinsing process.

Performance and Characteristics

    Both washing and delicate washing should be separatel completely, which should be completed in two different machines.

    Ultrasonic washing can avoid the deadspot caused by the hairbrush and broken bottle.

    Realizing the integration of mechanism, electricity, gas; water temperature and flushing time can be set according to actual demand.
