Cap Fastening Machine

Main Application

    This machine is used for falling cap, fastening cap of IV bottle after pressing and turning cap.

Performance and Characteristics

    Adopting solenoid oscillating funnel with large capacity to heandle cap, so as to reduce feeding labor strenght.

    Pressing cap is very regular after cap falling, bottleneck position is centered, three guillotine knives roll and press cap.

    Good sealing.

    Inputting bottle consecutively; running smoothly, high production efficiency.

    Double frequency converter control, stepless speed regualation. The rotation of guillotine knife realizes soft starting.

    Small mechanical impact force; low disrepair rate; long service period of machine.
