Performance and Characteristics

    Input the bottles via delivery net belt. Both bottle inputting and washing implements in different grade areas. Ultrasonic washing removes the spot efficiently, which conforms to GMP requirement.

    The flexible sprayer needle inserts into the upending bottle for rinsing. After internal flushing, external washing, purified air drying, the efficiency will be reliable.

    The water tank can be rinsed separately. Conviently, thoroughly rinsed.

    It aopts bottle clamping device to clamp bottles, which can be suitable for defferent sizes. Changing specification is very easy. The whole machine has stable action and high reliability.

Working Principle

    The bottles are transported to worm via conveyer net belt.

    They are arranged into one line after being spaced into isometric distance, then send to bottle delivery chain. It should carry out the following procedures: empty bottle watering, ultrasonic washing, circulatng water internal flushing, internal circulating water external flushing, ciuculating water flushing, circulating water external flushing, purified compressed air blowing and rinsing, injection water flushing, purified compressed air blowing and flushing twice, purified compressed air blowing the outer wall of bottle, purified compressed air blowing bottles, then it achieves the aim of through rinsing. Lastly, bottles are sent out from washing machine and enter into drying and sterilizing machine.
