Main applications: 
The whole line is made up of QCX6 type ultrasonic washing machine, ASMR 620/23 type sterilizing and drying machine with tunnel, FGG2/16 type powder filling and capering machine (or DGF16/24 liquid filling and capering machine), as well as FGL12 type capering machine, which is divided into four workaround of rinsing, drying and sterilizing, filling, capering and sealing. 

Each single machine has its specific function, which can be used either with other machine or singly. When it comes to combine with other machines, it can carry out the working procedures of ultrasonic cleaning, worm turning bottle, flushing water and air, preheating, drying and sterilizing, cooling, (charging nitrogen), filling, (post nitrogen charging), plug handling, plug picking, cap pressing, cap handling, cap addling and cap fastening. In addition, it is matched with labeling machine to complete production line. It is suitable for the production of antibiotic powder / aqua in pharmaceutical industry.
