Main Application:
This machine is a new brand with high-energy saving plastic bottle making machine
by two step way. It is suitable for each insulating container such as I.V.
bottle, drink bottle, and medicine packing bottle, which are make up of
the PP, PC, and PET.

Performance and features:
The equipment collects machine, electric and hydraulic pressure in a unity, and the
whole production process is finished in fully automatic. It adopts the unique
parffin heating technology to ensure the bottle bland having even hot suffering,
long time heating, easy bottle shape blowing and high qualification rate. The
finished product has high transparency and little internal stress; specially, the
bottle has little deformation after sterilizing, and this is used for the next
procedure to sterilize. It owns multinomial freedom intellectual property, not
only for the production of the import raw material, but also suitable for the bottle
making production technology with home-grew raw material PP.
